Mrs. Se Kuthkola is a licensed attorney under the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and holds a Bachelor of Law and a master’s degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics.

Mrs. Se Kuthkola has over 15 years of experience in the legal profession and has been practicing law since 2006 with several national and international law firms in Phnom Penh in both the Khmer and English language.

Mrs. Se Kuthkola specializes in the field(s) of Corporate & Commercial, Real Estate, Labour Law, banking, Intellectual Property, Immigration and Litigation and Dispute Resolution law. She has appeared as the attorney representing and defending the interests of clients before the national appeal court and supreme court in multiple provinces for civil cases, criminal cases, commercial and labor cases. She currently provides legal services and counseling for corporate clients across the country.
