He specializes in strategic accounting, financial reporting (IFRS & IAS), CFO reporting, internal audit, business valuation, and cross-border tax advisory.

He has held key leadership roles at ECOVIS VSDK, DFDL Mekong, V Chartered Accountants, and APV Cambodia. Additionally, he serves as Secretary of the Cambodia CFO Club. Chamroeun holds dual bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, a doctorate in Business Administration, and is a CIMA (UK) candidate.

Visa is an Audit Partner at HLB Cambodia with over 15 years of experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. He previously served as an Audit Manager at APV Cambodia, gaining expertise across various sectors, including manufacturing, trading, construction, hospitality, non-profits, and professional services.

He is a licensed accountant and auditor under Cambodia’s Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR). Visa holds a dual bachelor’s degree in accounting, has completed the ACCA program, and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the UK.

Chanthorng is the Managing Partner at HLB Cambodia, with over 17 years of experience in auditing, consulting, financial management, and entrepreneurship. His industry expertise spans rural credit, education, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, micro-insurance, non-profits, and professional services.

He has extensive knowledge of IFRS for SMEs, CFRS for NFPEs, Cambodian accounting standards (CAS), and ACAR regulations. A dedicated trainer and mentor, he has trained over 10,000 students, including corporate employees, NGO staff, and business owners.

Chanthorng is a licensed accountant under ACAR and an affiliate member of KICPAA, IPA Australia, and CMA Australia. He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s in finance management, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. He is also a CIMA (UK) candidate.
